Ordering

  1. Click the "menu" link in the navigation bar above to see the selection of cookies, cakes, and cupcakes. If you don’t see what you have in mind, feel free to let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate!

  2. Send me a note and describe what kind, how many, and when you would like your sweets.

  3. For custom-designed cookies, please also include a description of what design you’d like so that I can provide an estimate. (The website can’t accept attachments, but after I reply to you, you will be able to attach any images that may help show what you’d like.)

  4. I'll contact you within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) to confirm that I’ve received your request.

Timing

In general, it’s best to place your order at least 3-4 weeks in advance as that is when the schedule tends to start filling up. However, no matter when, I will always do my best to fit you in!

For custom-decorated cookies, orders of 40 or fewer cookies require about 2 weeks’ turnaround time; at least 3 weeks for 75 or fewer; at least 1 month for anything larger. For shorter turnaround times, rush fees may apply.

Quantities 

Custom-designed cookies

  • Minimum order: 12 cookies, at least 6 cookies per design

Cookies (non custom-decorated)

  • Minimum order: 12 cookies per kind

Cupcakes

  • Minimum order: 12 cupcakes per kind

Bars

  • Minimum order: 16 bars per kind

Payment

Payment is by credit card online. Please note that there is a 3% fee. Full payment is required to guarantee your order.

Delivery

Delivery is available in Berkeley and within approximately 5 miles of it (e.g., Albany, Oakland, Emeryville, Piedmont, El Cerrito): $10 within Berkeley + $1.25 each additional mile roundtrip.

Cancellations

  • No cancellations or refunds on custom-designed cookies

  • No cancellations or refunds on rush orders

  • All other orders must be cancelled at least 5 days prior to due date
